ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Letter references in parenthesis (A) refer to the included Identification Key.
Dashed numbers in parenthesis (Fig. 1-1) refer to a specific point in an
illustration or image.
1.
Assemble the positioning jack on a level surface.
2.
Insert the bolts on the castors into the square bolt holes (Fig. 2-1) on the left and
right arms (A and B). Ensure the square end of the
bolt (Fig. 2-2) fits into the square bolt hole.
3.
Apply thread locker on the castor's threaded bolts.
4.
Screw the nut (Fig. 2-3) onto the bolt
and tighten.
5.
Repeat for all casters.
