INSTAllATION INSTRUCTIONS
location
The dryer should be placed upstream of a reducing valve (regulator).
For longest service life, all liquid moisture in the air line must be removed
prior to the dryer inlet. Pre-filters are required to protect the desiccant from
bulk contamination.

Molecular Sieve
Dryer is sealed (to protect against moisture in transit/storage) with the initial
desiccant required. Replacement Molecular Sieve desiccant is shipped in
separate containers.
Follow the steps to charge molecular sieve desiccant:
1.
Turn counter-clockwise to remove the bowl from the head.
2.
Fill bowl with new molecular sieve desiccant, being careful not to get
any desiccant down transfer tube.
NOTE: There is moisture indicator card on the sight glass for determining
the replacement time of the molecular sieve desiccant.
3.
Molecular Sieve Desiccant Life: Life of the molecular sieve desiccant
will vary depending on operational inlet flow, pressure and temperature.
Check with your local representative if additional operational
information is required.
4.
Sight Glass - Moisture Indicator: The Molecular Sieve desiccant is to be
changed when the moisture indicator changes from blue (good) to light
pink (Molecular Sieve desiccant saturated).
