with serial number of year 2024 on (the year of manufacture is clearly indicated on the tool identification
plate, followed the serial number) and whose function is "A Electricengine driven portable hand-held unit fitted
with flexible cutting elements intended to cut weeds, grass or similar soft vegetation. ", comply with all the
requirements stated by the Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006
