Observations
The selected Scene does not launch when a
Scene launch button on Amy Scene Player io is
pressed.
The selected Scene does not launch when a

pressing a button AND in the back when pressing
the On/Off button).
The selected Scene does not launch when a

Possible causes
Amy Scene Player io is switched off,
the front panel buttons (Scene
launch 1, Stop/my, Scene launch 2)
are deactivated.
The control point battery is low.
Amy Scene Player io has not been
added to TaHoma application or
the scene launcher has not been
configured in the application.
External radio equipment is
interfering with the radio reception.
The temperature feedback to
TaHoma is deactivated on Amy
Scene Player io.
Solutions
Switch it on to activate the buttons
(refer to Switching on Amy Scene
Player io).
Change control point battery as
required (refer to Replacing the
battery).
Refer to Adding/Deleting Amy
Scene Player io.
Turn off any nearby radio
equipment.
Check sensor status on TaHoma
application and refer to Use with
TaHoma if necessary.
