5. Apply slight pressure to the saw in the direction of the
workpiece, enough to prevent vibrations or blade
breakage;
6. Direct the saw slowly so that the blade moves along the
cutting line drawn on the workpiece until cutting is
complete;
7. To turn the reciprocating saw off, release the "ON/OFF"
switch or safety button.
The rotation speed can be adjusted through the "ON/OFF"
switch (6). The blade speed increases as the "ON/ OFF"
switch is pressed. When the switch is completely pressed,
the blade reaches its maximum speed.
To cut starting inside the workpiece you must use the
following procedure:
1. Drill a hole at the point where you want to start cutting,
large enough to insert the blade (1);
2. Insert the blade into the drilled hole;
3. Turn on the saw and start cutting according to the
instructions "Starting and stopping the reciprocating
saw".
Remove the battery from the cordless reciprocating saw
before performing any checking, maintenance or cleaning
work.
The reciprocating saw does not require any additional
lubrication or maintenance. However, regular cleaning
should be carried out to ensure continuous, trouble-free
operation.
Keep the cutting blades always clean and sharp. Blades
that undergo proper maintenance will become jammed less
frequently, provide an easier handling and greater
efficiency when using the reciprocating saw.
Cleaning
After each use, clean all components of the cordless saw.
Clean the cordless reciprocating saw with a clean, moist
cloth or blow with low pressure compressed air. Careful
handling protects the power tool and extends its service
life.
The tool and its ventilation openings must be kept clean.
Clean the ventilation openings regularly or whenever they
become blocked.
Storage
When not in use, store the cordless reciprocating saw in a
dry, clean place, free of corrosive smoke and out of the
reach of children. Remove the battery when storing the
cordless reciprocating saw.
The packaging has been manufactured using
recyclable materials, which you can dispose of at your
local recycling collection points.
Never dispose of electric machinery in your
household waste!
According to the European Directive 2012/19/CE on
electrical and electronic equipment waste and its
transposition into national law, used power tools must be
collected separately and returned to the collection points
provided for that purpose.
