descaling.

The cup is too cold.
Solutions
Descale the appliance.
Rinse again thoroughly.
Change water. Water with a low mineral content
is preferable (pH 7).
Replace with fresh coffee.
Replace with finer coffee grounds.
Pre-heat the cup.
