Replacement of pipe cutter wheel

Resile of pipe cutter wheel
Fingers can be hurt!
The pipe cutter wheel have to be
changed only with locked lever.
Open the pipe
cutter by operating
the lever.
Push lock bolt
(e.g. nail of
3 mm) through
the drilled hole.
Thus the pipe
cutter remains
secured open.

Cutting wheel – axis
Since January 2002 only hubbed axis
are used. These axis replaces the cylindrical
bolt with socket. A hubbed axis have to be used,
as far as not yet available, changing the cutter
wheel. The hubbed axis has the art. no. 16 003 15.

Detach the screw
with a screwdriver.
Replace the pipe
cutter wheel.
Tighten the screw
and remove the
lock bolt.

hubbed axis
