after connection of the inverter to the voltage source (e.g. a car battery), you may take
the inverter into operation:
• Connect a consumer to the mains socket of the inverter.
The rated power of the consumer (see rating plate on the consumer or in its operat-
ing instructions) must not exceed the output of the inverter.
• Switch the inverter on via the on/off switch (switch position "I").
If connected correctly, the "Power" LED will now light up and thus indicate correct operation
of the inverter. The consumer is ready for operation.
• The "Fault" LED will light up at overload, overtemperature or undervoltage recognition.
• To switch off the inverter, put the on/off switch in the "O" position.
Using a USB output socket:
This connection may be used, e.g., to charge a smart phone or tablet computer.
The USB output socket supplies a voltage of 5 v/DC and a current of up to 2 A. For this,
the inverter must be switched on ("Power" LED is lit).
