FITTING AND ATTACHING THE UPRIGHT SUPPORTS (PV) TO THE WALL PLATING:
COMENT: During the installation, make sure the 4 holes of the vertical profiles (PV) are located in the superior part ). Screw the upright support
(PV) to the appropriate bottom and top PU pieces with 3 T screws each. Repeat this procedure until the half-circle is completed. Join the section-
pieces together and check by looking at the ribbing on the wall-plating that the upright supports are properly vertical.
ENVELOPING JOINT PROTECTORS B1: Introduce the enveloping joint protector (B1) through the top part of the vertical profile (PV), screw
the profile in its inferior part and lower the enveloping joint protector until it touch the floor. Repeat this procedure until the half-circle is completed.
Join the section-pieces together and check by looking at the ribbing on the wall-plating that the upright supports are properly vertical.
COLOCACION Y FIJACION DE LOS PERFILES VERTICALES (PV):
NOTA: Tenga en cuenta que el extremo del perfil vertical (PV) con 4 orificios debe quedar en la parte superior . Atornille el perfil vertical (PV)
con 3 tornillos T a la pieza PU correspondiente que está en la parte inferior y con otros 3 tornillos a la pieza PU superior. Repita estos pasos
hasta completar la media circunferencia, junte bien los perfiles entre sí y compruebe que los perfiles verticales queden perfectamente
verticales, para ello ayúdese de las lineas del perfilado que tiene la chapa.
BASES INYECCIÓN B1: Introducir la base de inyección (B1) por la parte alta del perfil vertical (PV),atornillar el perfil en su parte inferior y
bajar la base hasta apoyar en el suelo. Repita estos pasos hasta completar la media circunferencia, junte bien los perfiles entre sí y compruebe
que los perfiles verticales queden perfectamente verticales, para ello ayúdese de las lineas del perfilado que tiene la chapa.
INSTALLATION DES POTEAUX VERTICAUX (PV):
NOTE: Bien vérifier lors de l'installation que les 4 trous du profilé vertical (PV) soient situés sur la partie supérieure. Vissez le profilé vertical
(PV) avec 3 vis T à la pièce d'union PU correspondante qui se trouve dans la partie inférieure, et avec 3 autres vis à la pièce d'union PU
supérieure. Répétez ce processus jusqu'à la fin de la demi-circonférence; assemblez bien les profilés entre eux et assurez-vous que les
profilés verticaux sont parfaitement verticaux. Pour ce faire, suivez les lignes du profilé de la tôle.
ENJOLIVEURS ENVELOPPANTS B1: Introduire l'enjoliveur enveloppant (B1) par la partie haute du profilé vertical (PV), visser le profilé dans
sa partie inférieure et baisser l'enjoliveur enveloppant jusqu'à ce qu'il touche le sol. Répétez ce processus jusqu'à la fin de la demi-circonférence;
assemblez bien les profilés entre eux et assurez-vous que les profilés verticaux sont parfaitement verticaux. Pour ce faire, suivez les lignes
du profilé de la tôle
MONTAGE UND BEFESTIGUNG DER SENKRECHTEN PROFILEN (PV) AN DEN BECKENWÄNDEN:
HINWEIS: Beachten Sie, dass das Ende des senkrechten Profils (PV) mit 4 Bohrungen oben liegen muss Verschrauben Sie das senkrechte
Profil (PV) mit 3 Schrauben T am entsprechenden innen liegenden Verbindungsstück mit weiteren 3 Schrauben am oberen Verbindungsstück.
Wiederholen Sie diese Schritte, bis der Halbkreis vollständig zusammengesetzt ist, verbinden Sie die Profile untereinander und sellen Sie
sicher, daß die senkrechten Profile einwandfrei lotrecht stehen. Als Wegweiser dazu dienen Ihnen die Profillinien des Blechs.
KUNSTSTOFFEINSPRITZSTÜTZEN B1: Kunststoffeinspritzstützen B1 von oben in das Senkrechtprofil (PV) einführen, Profil am unteren Ende
anschrauben und Stütze auf dem Boden befestigen. Wiederholen Sie diese Schritte, bis der Halbkreis vollständig zusammengesetzt ist,
verbinden Sie die Profile untereinander und sellen Sie sicher, daß die senkrechten Profile einwandfrei lotrecht stehen. Als Wegweiser dazu
dienen Ihnen die Profillinien des Blechs.
SISTEMAZIONE E FISSAGGIO DEI PROFILATI VERTICALI (PV):
NOTA: Si ricorda che l'estremità del profilo verticale (PV) con 4 fori deve essere sulla parte superiore. Avvitare il profilato verticale (PV) con 3
viti T al relativo pezzo di unione PU che si trova nella parte inferiore e con altre 3 viti al pezzo di unione PU superiore. Ripetere questi passaggi
fino a completamento di metà circonferenza, unire bene i profili l'un l'altro e verificare la perfetta verticalità dei profilati verticali. A questo
fine, usufruire delle linee di profilato della lamiera.
BASI INIEZIONE B1 : Introdurre la base a iniezione (B1) dalla parte alta del profilo verticale (PV), avvitare il profilo sulla relativa parte inferiore
ed abbassare la base sino a poggiare sul suolo. Ripetere questi passaggi fino a completamento di metà circonferenza, unire bene i profili l'un
l'altro e verificare la perfetta verticalità dei profilati verticali. A questo fine, usufruire delle linee di profilato della lamiera.
PLAATSING EN EN VASTHECHTING OP DE PLAAT VAN DE VERTICALE RAILS (PV):
OPMERKING: Houd er rekening mee dat het uiteinde van het vertikale profiel met gaten (PV) aan het bovengedeelte geplaast moet blijven.
Schroef het verticale profiel (PV) met 3 schroeven T op het overeenkomstige aansluitstuk aan de onderkant vast en met 3 andere schroeven
op het bovenste aansluitstuk. Herhaal deze stappen tot de halve cirkel werd vervolledigd. Zet de profielen onderling goed tegen elkaar en
controleer of de verticale profielen perfect verticaal komen te staan. Maak hiervoor gebruik van de profielmarkeringen op de plaat.
BASES INJECTIE B1: De injectiebasis (B1) inbrengen aan de bovenkant van het vertikale profiel (PV), het profiel aan de onderkant aanschroeven
en de basis naar beneden brengen en op de grond laten rusten. Herhaal deze stappen tot de halve cirkel werd vervolledigd. Zet de profielen
onderling goed tegen elkaar en controleer of de verticale profielen perfect verticaal komen te staan. Maak hiervoor gebruik van de
profielmarkeringen op de plaat.

NOTA: Tenha em conta que o extremo do perfil vertical (PV) com 4 furos deve ficar na parte superior. Aparafuse o perfil vertical (PV) com 3
parafusos T à peça de união PU correspondente que está na parte inferior e, com mais 3 parafusos à peça de união PU superior. Repita este
procedimento até acabar meia circunferência; junte bem os perfis entre eles e assegure-se que os perfis verticais ficaram perfeitamente
verticais. Para isso, siga as linhas de perfilado da chapa.
BASES INYECÇÃO B1 : Introduzir a base de injecção (B1) pela parte alta do perfil vertical (PV), aparafusar o perfil na parte inferior e baixar
a base até se apoiar no chão. Repita este procedimento até acabar meia circunferência; junte bem os perfis entre eles e assegure-se que
os perfis verticais ficaram perfeitamente verticais. Para isso, siga as linhas de perfilado da chapa.
