SPECIAL SAFETY MEASURES
► Warning: Risks of injuries if the appliance is misused.
► Never leave the appliance unattended while it is switched on. Unplug the
appliance when not in use, and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
► Do not allow water or any other liquids to get into the appliance. Always keep
the appliance dry.
► Never attempt to move the appliance or remove any parts during the operation.
Avoid contacting moving parts. Always unplug and wait for the motor and the
stainless steel filter to stop working completely before switching it on, moving,
cleaning or storing it.
► Blades are sharp; handle them carefully. Do not touch the small cutting blades
located at the base of the stainless steel filter.
► Only unlock the safety locking latches after you have switched off the appliance
and the filter has stopped rotating.
► Do not allow the pulp container to overfill since this may prevent normal
operation or damage the appliance.
► Keep hair, clothing, and jewelry away from the feeding chute. Do not use
spatulas or other utensils, to guide the foods down the feeding chute. Use the
food pusher provided for your safety, and to avoid damage to the appliance.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If your appliance does not operate or does not operate properly, contact an
authorized service center for consultancy and/or repair.
The warranty does not cover:
- Product packaging, consumables and accessories (knives, tips, etc.);
- Mechanical damages and natural wear of the product;
- Failures due to overloading, improper or careless maintenance, penetration
of liquids, dust, insects and other foreign matter inside the product, exposure
of plastic and other non-thermal-resistant components to high temperatures,
force-majeure circumstances (accidents, fire, flooding, power grid failure,
lightning strike, etc.);
- Damages caused by:
► Non-fulfillment of the above-mentioned precautions and operating manuals.
► Application in commercial purposes (application of the product beyond
personal daily living needs).
► Connection to a grid with a voltage that differs from what is indicated on t
he appliance.
► Unauthorized repair or replacement of the components of the appliance,
performed by an unauthorized person or service center.
