The foam separator in the juice cup
Our specially designed juice cup separates foam from the juice. It enables serving
the juice without the foam for greater taste and smoothness.
•
Always wash fruits and vegetables before juicing.
•
Always use fresh fruits and vegetables for juicing. Overripe fruits may block the
filter quickly.
•
Most fruits and vegetables (such as apples, carrots, and cucumbers) do not
need pre-cutting as they can directly fit into the extra wide feeding chute.
•
It is recommended that some fruits and vegetables (such as oranges, melons,
beetroot, or pineapples) to be peeled before juicing to enhance the taste of
the juice.
•
All foods with pits and large seeds (such as nectarines, peaches, apricots,
plums, and cherries) must be pitted before juicing.
•
The appliance should not be used for sugar cane and excessively hard or
fibrous fruits.
•
It is difficult to extract juice from bananas, avocados, figs, papayas
and
mangoes.
•
Drink the juice immediately after juicing to get the most nutrients from them.
Once in contact with air and light, the juice quickly oxidizes which can change
the taste, color and the nutritional value.
•
Juice to be consumed a few hours later, should be kept in the fridge. the juice
will be maintained better by adding a few drops of lemon juice, especially apple
or pear juices.
•
Dilute juice for children with an equal amount of water.
•
Juice from dark green (broccoli, spinach etc.) or dark red (beetroot, red
cabbage etc) vegetables is extremely strong in flavor, so always dilute it.
•
Fruit juice is high in Fructose (fruit sugar). People with diabetes or low blood
sugar should avoid drinking too much fruit juice, but may consider to have
vegetable juices instead.
•
If the pulp is too wet and insufficient juice is extracted, slow down the juicing
action or clean the filter to avoid blockage.
•
When the pulp container is full, or the juice flow slows, empty the pulp container
and clean the filter.
•
Too much pulp building-up on the filter or blocking the small holes at the filter
base will cause the motor to make loud noises and the juicer will vibrate. If
machine vibration continues after cleaning, this could be a sign of a damaged
filter. Unplug the appliance, do not use it until it is checked.
•
To save time needed for cleaning, place a plastic grocery bag in the pulp
container to collect pulp. When juicing is completed, simply remove the grocery
bag. Please ensure that the bag does not obstruct the outlet from which the
pulp drops into the pulp container.
•
You can use the pulp of the juice to prepare a variety of foods. The pulp from
fruits and vegetables is high in fiber and cellulose, which are essential for a
healthy and well balanced diet. You can use the pulp to thicken soups, bulk
up rissoles and thicken casseroles or to enhance your desserts. After juicing,
make sure you use the pulp on the same day to avoid loss of vitamins.
