CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Outlet air filter (hand pump only):
• The outlet air filter should be cleaned regularly. Remove the filter and clean it with compressed
air. Refit the filter, but do not overtighten it.
Filling and draining the oil:
• Only fill the oil when the piston retracts, otherwise the system may be overfilled.
• When filling, cleanliness is essential. Only use clean oil and fill it with a filter funnel.
• Oil changes should be carried out regularly.
• If necessary, bleed the system .
Oil quantity:
• Hand hydraulic pump approx. 3.2 litres
• Foot hydraulic pump approx. 2.5 litres
• Oil quality: HLP5-HLP22 according to DIN 51524/2.
Control of hydraulic and pneumatic connections:
• Periodically check the hydraulic and pneumatic connections for damage and leaks.
• Make sure that the connection is not loose or damaged.
• Check that the hydraulic hose is not damaged.Supply of spare parts
• Use only original spare parts, which can be obtained from the manufacturer or its agents. Always
indicate the model type and serial number.
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
• The hydraulic hose is under high pressure and can break if not used properly.
• Always replace the protective caps on the quick coupling when not in use.
• Avoid sharp bends in the hydraulic hose.
• Avoid excessive heat (max. 50°C)!
• Keep the pump clean and dry, it will corrode in wet conditions.
