8 - CAUTION
ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE GRILL FROM THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE CLEANING IT.
CAUTION: Never use a direct jet of water when cleaning the machine!
To clean the plate, it is advisable to apply a bit of cold water after the grill has been switched off. This will
help removing any scraps stuck to the plate. After it has cooled down, clean it with a damp cloth and, only if
necessary, a small amount of detergent can be used.
This must be done each time the fry-top has been used.
The tray, which is located in the front part of the device, must be taken out regularly and cleaned, so as to
avoid spilling grease on the knobs. To remove it, push it up a little and then pull it out.
9 - If by accident water is spilled over the grill, it should be immediately disconnected from the power supply
and properly dried off before it is used again.
10 - If the feeding cable becomes damaged, it must be replaced by a similar one of type H07RN-F 3G 2,5 mm
for EGP.6 model and of type H07RN-F 3G 1,5 mm
supplier or official agents.
11 - The grill is equipped with a safety thermostat with manual rearm, which turns off the grill whenever there's
a malfunction in the temperature control system. It is necessary to remove the bottom shield to rearm the
thermostat. Only qualified technicians should carry out this operation.
