Phosphate-bonded investment materials are sensitive to temperature. Every investment material has its
specific storage temperature at which optimum results are achieved.
Please store Wilavest quick at 21 – 25 °C (70 – 77 °F).
Higher room temperatures improve the surfaces of castings but curtail the working time.
Extreme changes in temperature may affect the expansion and, consequently, the fit of the casting.
Caution!
Using this investment material at room temperatures below 19 °C (66 °F)
may result in rough surfaces on castings.
Wilavest quick Liquid is sensitive to frost – temperatures below 0 °C (32 °F) render it useless!
Wilavest quick Liquid discolours if it is exposed to sunlight. This discoloration does not mean a loss of
quality and has no effect on the usability of the product.
