Cause
The unit cannot access the USB memory device.
A disc that is not supported by the unit has been inserted.
The unit is loading the specified file/content.
The disc or USB memory device does not contain files supported by the
unit.
The disc inserted in the unit may not be supported.
The disc may be dirty, or foreign matter may be attached to it.
Disc is set upside-down.
The connected USB memory device is not supported by the unit.
USB memory device is not connected properly.
The unit cannot access the USB memory device.
A disc that is not recognized by the unit has been inserted.
The unit cannot play back the songs stored on the USB memory devices for
some reason.
Solution
Turn off the unit and reconnect your USB memory device. If the problem
persists, try another USB memory device.
Insert a disc that is supported by the unit.
Wait until the unit finishes loading.
Use a disc or USB memory device that contains files supported by the unit.
Use a disc supported by the unit (
p. 34).
Wipe the disc clean. Alternatively, remove foreign matter adhered to the
disc.
Set the disc with the labeled side facing up.
Disconnect the USB memory device, turn off the unit, and turn it on again. If
this does not solve the problem for the USB memory device, it is not
playable on the unit.
Turn off the unit and reconnect your USB memory device. If the problem
persists, try another USB memory device.
Insert a disc that can be played the unit.
Check if the format of files you are trying to play is supported by the unit
(
p. 35).
