Slow Cooking Meat
Slow cooking meat symbol
For slow cooking of meat at 200°F (90°C). This function offers
slow cooking, which ensures the food remains tender and
succulent.
For roast joints, brown in the pan first in order to seal in the
meat's natural juices.
Cooking times range from 4 hours for 2.2 lb (1 kg) joints to
6-7 hours for 6.6 lb (3 kg) joints.
For optimum results, do not open the oven door during
cooking, and use a cooking thermometer to check the core
temperature of the meat.
To Use:
1. Turn the Oven Control knob to the Special Functions symbol.
2. Turn the Browse knob until "MEAT SLOW COOKING"
appears on the display then press the OK/SELECT button to
select.
The Cook Time symbol will flash.
3. (Optional) If a cooking length is desired, turn the Browse knob
until desired cook time appears on the display then press the
OK/SELECT button to select.
The End of Cooking Time symbol and the end of cooking time
will appear on the display.
4. (Optional) To set a delayed start, turn the Browse knob until
the desired end of cooking time appears on the display then
press the OK/SELECT button to select.
The colon in the end of cooking time will flash. The oven will
automatically delay the start of cooking to finish cooking at
the set time.
See the "Delay Start" section for additional information.
5. If a Delay Start is programmed, place food in oven when
setting the mode.
6. Turn the Oven Control knob to the "Off" symbol when
finished.
Slow Cooking Fish
Slow cooking fish symbol
To gently cook fish at 175°F 85°C. This function offers slow
cooking, which ensures the food remains tender and succulent.
Thanks to the low temperature, the food does not brown on the
outside, and the end result is similar to steam cooking.
Cooking times range from 2 hours for 10.6 oz (300 g) fish to
4-5 hours for 6.6 lb (3 kg) fish.
For optimum results, keep oven door openings to a minimum
during cooking.
To Use:
1. Turn the Oven Control knob to the Special Functions symbol.
2. Turn the Browse knob until "FISH SLOW COOKING" appears
on the display then press the OK/SELECT button to select.
The Cook Time symbol will flash.

3. (Optional) If a cooking length is desired, turn the Browse knob
until desired cook time appears on the display then press the
OK/SELECT button to select.
The End of Cooking Time symbol and the end of cooking time
will appear on the display.

Bread/Pizza

Bread/pizza symbol
The Bread function is ideal for baking different types and sizes of
handmade (nonfrozen) bread using fresh dough.
This function contains a program with predefined settings to use
for baking bread. Select the required temperature and time, and
the oven will manage the cooking cycle automatically.
Place the dough on the 2nd shelf after preheating the oven.
During cooking, the bake and broil elements will cycle on and off
in intervals to maintain oven temperature.
NOTE: At any time, set values can be changed by pressing the
Back button, turning the knob until the desired setting appears
on the display, then pressing the Ok/select button to select.
To Use:
1. Turn the Oven Control knob to the Bread/Pizza symbol.
The display will show "BREAD" and "AUTO."
2. Press the OK/SELECT button to select the Bread function.
3. Turn the Browse knob until desired temperature (between
350-425°F [180-220°C]) appears on the display then press
the OK/SELECT button to select.
4. (Optional) If a cooking length is desired, turn the Browse knob
until desired cook time appears on the display then press the
OK/SELECT button to select.
The End of Cooking Time symbol and the end of cooking time
will appear on the display.
5. Turn the Oven Control knob to the "Off" symbol when finished
cooking.
