PURPOSE/ INDICATIONS
Product is used to strengthen the lumbar spine. Sewn-in reinforcements as well as additional side
supports provide additional stiffening. The elastic, „breathable" material allows the natural warmth
of the body to be maintained and improves blood circulation. The spinal orthosis is recommended
for a variety of spinal disorders, e.g. lumbar discopathy; degenerative spine disease; root syndromes
(sciatica).
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Physical or mental limitations (e.g. visual impairment) that prevent safe handling.
WARNING
This product is intended for personal use only. Do not use the product if there is any damage on the
supplied accessories, components or on the product itself. Do not wear the orthosis if ointments or
warming fluids have been applied to the area. If a rash or irritation occurs, remove the orthosis and
discontinue use. Consult a doctor immediately. Use the product as directed by your doctor.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The product may be available in different sizes. Please refer to the size chart to find the correct size.
Take the product out of the package, then put on the lumbar spine and fasten the Velcro fastener. The
possibility of stretching the elastic bands with a velcro end will ensure proper pressure adjustment.
Unless otherwise advised by your doctor, wear the device for no more than 4 hours a day.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash with mild soap at up to 40 °C. Dry laid flat, away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not
bleach, iron or dry-clean. Do not tumble dry.
AT53057, AT53058 - remove stiffeners before washing.
STORAGE
Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
