INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn off electric power at the circuit breaker.
2. For new installations, use the Dimensions chart to mark and cut the
mounting hole to the correct size for the fixture being installed. For retrofit
application, remove the old fixture and/or fixture housing, then verify the
hole is the correct size for the fixture being installed. If not, trim the hole to
the correct size.
3. Connect the supply wires to the wiring compartment and make wiring
connections according to the wiring diagram. Leave the keyed connector
end out of the hole and visible. See Figure 5.
4. Connect the keyed connector ends of both the wiring compartment and the
fixture and tighten the captive nut to secure the connection. See Figure 6.
5. Push up and hold the spring clips against the fixture. Gently guide into the
ceiling until the clips are in the hole. Tuck excess wire into the ceiling and be
sure not to pinch or crimp the wire. See Figure 7.
6. Let go of the clips and push the fixture up until it is flush with the ceiling. See
Figure 8.
