Trouble-shooting
Symptom
The product is
jammed
The product will not
work, even though
the control is used
correctly.
The product runs up
and down unevenly.
Contact Pressalit Care or your dealer if the problem cannot be remedied.
Do not attempt to repair the product yourself, as this will invalidate the
guarantee.
Resetting the changing table
If the changing table is jammed, try to reset it.
① Make sure that the safety tray is not activated. Lower the changing table all
the way down to its starting position.

② Release the lowering button, and after 3-4 sec. press it in again until you
hear a slight click after approx. 10 sec.
③ Release the lowering button and then raise the changing table to its highest
position. You will hear another click.
④ Lower the changing table a couple of centimetres.
⑤ Then raise it again to its highest position. You will hear another click.
The changing table is now reset. The changing table should also be reset if
there has been an interruption of the power supply.

Check that all wires and
plugs are intact and
correctly connected.
