OPERATING ISSUE
Labels continue to dispense.
Labels partially dispense or do not dispense.
Labels are not being applied straight.
Labels are not being applied at same place on
bottle/container.
Labels catch on the sensor.
Label skips over bottle/container when dispensing.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Adjust label sensor down slightly, moving away
from the dispensing table.
Adjust label sensor up until it is almost touching
dispensing table.
If using a straight bottle or bottle with no lip, ensure
the bottle guide is touching the top of the bottle.
If not, adjust it.
If using a bottle with a lip or an angle, adjust the
bottle roller until label goes on straight. Note that
the bottle roller may need to be at an angle.
Labels are too loose. Tighten spring tension.
Sensor needs to be cleaned. Use rubbing alcohol
and cotton-tipped applicator to clean.
Adjust bottle roller closer to bottle drive roller to
allow bottle/container to sit slightly higher.
