1. Attach a collar to the upper roll holder rod. (See Figure 1)
2. Add on one roll guide with notches pointing down and
one core insert.
3. Add a roll of labels and attach it to the core insert. The
labels should be unwinding toward the back of the
machine.
4. Fit second core insert into the other side of the label core.
5. Attach another roll guide with notches pointing down,
onto the roll holder rod.
6. Add the spring and second collar onto the roll holder rod.
NOTE: Collapse spring to 1/4 of original length to
apply some tension on the collar.
7. Tighten the roll holder rod to hold all items securely in place.
8. Attach the above roll holder rod assembly to the back of
unit, onto the upper and lower roll holder rod.

1. Remove labels from the first two feet of liner.
2. Open the Locking Assembly (A) by pulling it forward
until it swings freely. (See Figure 2)
3. Remove upper dispensing table (D)
4. Take the two feet of label liner and thread it under
label drive roller (B) and over lower dispensing
table (E). (See Figure 2)
5. Replace the upper dispensing table (D).
NOTE: You may need to move the Dispensing
Table Latch on the side of the machine to
lock the plate in place (to see exact location
reference diagram in Parts on page 1).

6. Thread the two feet of liner back over the upper
dispensing table (D), going under locking assembly
(A) and over the label drive roller (B). (See Figure 2)
7. Pull the liner back over the top of roll of labels.
8. While keeping tension on the labels, push down
on locking assembly (A) towards the back of the
machine until it snaps in place.
NOTE: Locking assembly (A) may be hard to
move, but it will snap when it is locked.
