1. After the roll of labels is threaded through the
machine adjust label sensor (A) to be positioned in
front of the label liner. Ensure that it is not touching the
label liner or the bottle drive roller (E). (See Figure 3)
• If the sensor is touching label liner the labels will
continue to dispense
• If sensor is touching the bottle drive roller (E), the
labels will only partially dispense or not dispense
at all.
2. Place a bottle or jar to be labeled onto the unit.
3. Adjust bottle guide (C) so it touches the top of the
container.
NOTE: If applying label to a tapered container,
ensure bottle guide is on widest end of the
container.
4. Place pressure arm (B) so it is touching the middle of
the bottle.
5. Flip power switch (D) to turn on.
6. Tap foot switch until a label dispenses
LABEL ROLL ADJUSTMENT
1.
Loosen thumbscrews on the collars on either side
of the roll of labels and slide the roll of labels to the
proper position.
2. Tighten the thumbscrew on the collar without the
spring first, then tighten the opposite collar with
spring while collapsing the spring about 1/8".
This applies tension needed for accurate label
application.
LABEL SENSOR ADJUSTMENT
1.
Loosen thumbscrew on the sensor and slide left or
right to desired position.
2. Rotate the sensor up until the front edge of the
sensor is as close to dispensing tables as possible
without touching it.
3. Tighten thumbscrew.
NOTE: Sensor will occasionally need to
be cleaned. Use rubbing alcohol on a
cotton-tipped applicator.

OPERATION
• If the label isn't properly aligned, adjust bottle guide
to move bottle to reposition where the label will be
applied.
ADJUSTMENTS
LABEL APPLICATION ADJUSTMENT
1.
If the position of the label on container is not in the
desired location adjust container using bottle guide.
Use the included Allen wrench to loosen and tighten
bottle guide.
2. If the label is not straight, adjust the position of the
bottle roller using included Allen wrench.
NOTE: If using a container that does not have
straight sides or has a lip, bottle roller may
need to be positioned at an angle.
PRESSURE ARM ADJUSTMENT
Pressure arm should rest on top of container and stay
in place when container is removed.
If adjustment is necessary, tighten or loosen
locking collar on the pressure arm.
