Chin Guard Removal and Replacement
Chin Guard Removal
1. Remove the head gear knobs on both sides of the face shield.
2. Pull the chin guard outwards from the window.
3. Install the head gear knobs on both sides of the face shield.
Chin Guard Installation
1. Remove the head gear knobs on both sides of the face shield.
2. Assemble the chin guard in to the window; push in on the
chin guard to insert the tabs on to the window. All the chin
guard tabs should be secured on to the window.
3. Align the holes located on each side of the chin guard with
the face shield crown holes. Insert the head gear studs,
tighten the knobs securely.
