Requirements
Note
This system operates under the requirements of the Industry Canada Licensing Requirements. The operator
is responsible for obtaining any and all operating licenses to operate the radio in this band.

Infrastructure (U-NII) Devices are Restricted
Caution
To protect Terminal Doppler Weather Radar (TDWR) systems and other radar systems operating in the
5.250-5.350 GHz and 5.470-5.725 GHz bands from harmful interference, the maximum conducted output
power shall not exceed Low Power Indoor (LPI) limits. The 5.6-5.65 GHz subportion is allocated on a primary
basis to the Meteorological Aids Service for both Federal and non-Federal operations.
