Red LED off:
- The device is operating on battery power.
- The battery is sufficiently charged for normal use. IF the battery was fully charged, then
the Red LED is switched off.
Flashing Red LED:
- Signals a low battery level.
- It's a prompt to recharge the battery promptly.
