This partly completed machinery must not be put into service until the final machinery in which it is
to be incorporated has been declared in conformity with Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Sames is allowed to compil the technical documentation. Sames undertakes to transmit, in response to
a reasoned request by the national authorities, relevant information on the partly completed machinery
in the most appropriate form. This declaration of incorporation of partly completed machinery and this
declaration of conformity are issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
