- Page 3 32" T4786 Remove set screw (1). Remove and discard test cap (2). Install diverter/liftrod (1). Screw the diverter/liftrod until it drops down and rotates freely. NOTE: A properly installed diverter/liftrod cannot be removed by simply pulling it up in a vertical direction. Install spout (1) on spout flange (2).
