EN INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL FEATURES
The Luxe hair dryer, specially designed for hotels, starts automatically when the
hose is removed.
The Luxe hair dryer is designed for bathroom installation. It is rated Class II
which means it doesn't require electrical earthing.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
– Voltage: 230V (220-240V) 50 Hz
– Power: 1000W
– Electrical insulation: Class II – electrical earthing not required
BATHROOM INSTALLATION
Make sure that your installation has a multipole separation of at least 3 mm.
According to the IPX3 and IPX4 classification the Luxe hair dryer must be instal-
led in area 2, following the NFC15-100 (CEI 364...), as long as the entire circuit
is protected by and earth leakage circuit breaker of at least 30mA.
OPERATION MODE
The device automatically starts when you pick the hose up. It automatically
stops when you put the hose back on the device.
TIMER OPERATION
1. Never attempt to install the device by yourself, unless you're a qualified
professional. Doing so may affect its operation and safety.
2. This device must be installed by a qualified professional. Incorrect electrical
connections can result in electrocution or short circuits.
3. The installer must follow the installation standards in force.
4. Never uninstall the device when it is connected to the power supply.
5. If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufactu-
rer, its customer service or other qualified professionals.
6. Never connect any other devices to the same electrical circuit. It may result
in overheating or fire.
7. Before using the device, make sure that the voltage of the device matches
with the supply voltage.
8. Only use this hair dryer to dry hairs.
9. WARNING: Do not use this device near bathtubs, showers, basins or
other vessels containing water.
10. This device can be used by children older than 8 years old and people with
special needs if they're under supervision and are aware of the safety precau-
tions and hazards involved.
11. Do not let children play with the device.
12. Do not allow children to hang from the device, as it may become detached
from its support.
13. Disconnection means must be incorporated in the electrical circuit following

1. The device is applied to the wall with 3
screws. Drill 3 holes according to the fixation
points on page 7.
2. Put the power wire in the hole, fix the de-
vice on the wall and then connect the phases
and neutral to the connector. The power wire
must be at the back of the device and must
be out of reach when the device is screwed
to the wall.

screws.

14. For additional protection installing a residual current device (RCD) that
does not exceed 30 mA in the electrical circuit of the bathroom is recommen-
ded. Ask your installer for advice.
15. Never block the air vents.
16. Children shall not clean or maintain the device without supervision.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
You should clean the device once every 6 months.
Clean the outside of the device with a dry and soft cloth.
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove accumulated dust from the air vents.
2 YEAR WARRANTY
Faulty connections or any damages resulting from misusage or from not
following the instructions given will render the warranty void.
This symbol indicates that this product should not be disposed
with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent har-
ming the environment or the human health from uncontrolled
waste disposal, please recycle responsibly and promote a sus-
tainable reuse of material resources. To get rid of the device please
contact the local return and collection systems or the retailer
where the product was purchased. They can take the device to a
sustainable recycling center.
The Luxe hair dryer complies with the European regulations 2014/30/UE,
2014/35/EU and 2011/65/EC.
