Charge the battery. Battery should be charged before first use. Never charge the
battery longer than 18 hours.
Check battery connections during charging. Check all wires and connectors. Make sure
that they are connected properly. See assembly step 17.
Make sure wall outlet power is "ON."
Ensure that the LED light on the charger is RED while charging. Contact Radio Flyer
Customer Service if LED light is not on.
Thermal switch may have tripped because the vehicle was overloaded or the driving
conditions were too severe. Once the switch/fuse has tripped, release the button on
the handlebar and wait 15 seconds before operating the vehicle again. To avoid
tripping the fuse, do not overload the vehicle by exceeding the 45.0 lb (20.4 kg)
maximum weight capacity. Do not pull anything behind the vehicle or drive up hills as it
will trip the fuse. Do not run into fixed objects, which can cause the wheels to stop
spinning and ultimately trip the fuse.
Check all wires and connectors. Make sure that they are connected properly. See
assembly step 17.
Improper care and charging may lead to a shorter battery life. Please contact Radio
Flyer customer service for replacement parts.
The electrical switch may have become corroded due to water or moisture. Contact
Radio Flyer Customer Service and provide pictures of damaged components.
