Unplug the machine (1)
Place the tool on its back, with the spindle facing upwards (2)
Unscrew the clamping screw and place the bolt pins that are on the side of the clamping
screw against the slots of the neck of the gear box (3)
Turn the safety gurard 270° and tighten the clamping screw (4)

Mounting the grinding discs
Pay attention to the dimensions of the grinding discs. The mounting hole diameter must
fit the mounting flange without play. Do not use reducers or adaptors.
When using a diamond cutting disc, take care that the direction of rotation arrow on
the disc and the direction of rotation of the machine (direction of rotation arrow on
the machine head) agree.
Unplug the machine (1)
Place the under flange (2)
Place the diamond disc (3)
Place the upper flange and tighten it with the double pin wrench (4)
Removal is the opposite of assembly.
