G Introduction
Introduction
The operating manual represents a component part of the device. It
contains important information regarding safety, use and disposal.
Familiarize yourself with all the operating and safety information before
starting to use the device. Only use the device as described and for the
purpose for which it is intended. Hand over all the documents with the
device if it is transferred to third parties.
Intended Use
The laminator has been designed for lamination using hot laminating
pouches (up to a maximum size of A2) with a lamination foil thickness of
80 - 250 microns, whereby the total thickness of the documents to be
laminated (photos, pictures, cards, paper etc.) must not exceed 0.8 mm.
The laminator is only intended for private use and is not suitable for com-
mercial purposes.
Unintended Use
The laminator must not be used for laminating unsuitable materials or
used beyond the permitted ambient conditions described in the Techni-
cal Data. Any use other than that defined as intended use is
considered unintended use. Unauthorised modifications or alterations
are not per-mitted. Never open the laminator yourself or attempt to
perform repairs yourself.
