Page 10 Una elevata temperatura di ritorno permette di migliorare l’efficienza, riduce la formazione di condensa dei fumi e allunga la vita della caldaia. Le valvole in commercio presentano svariate tarature, La NORDICA consiglia l’utilizzo del modello 55°C con connessioni idrauliche da 1”. Una volta raggiunta la temperatura di taratura della valvola, viene aperta la tratta 2 e l’acqua della caldaia va all’impianto attraverso la mandata (M).

I termoprodotti La Nordica sono ideali per appartamenti di vacanza e case del fine settimana oppure come riscaldamento ausiliario durante tutto l’anno. Come combustibili vengono utilizzati ceppi di legna. Questo è un apparecchio a combustione intermittente.

Page 14 COMBUSTIBILI AMMESSI / NON AMMESSI I combustibili ammessi sono ceppi di legna. Si devono utilizzare esclusivamente ceppi di legna secca (contenuto d’acqua max. 20%). Si dovrebbero caricare al massimo 2 o 3 ceppi di legna. I pezzi di legna dovrebbero avere una lunghezza di ca. 20-30 cm ed una circonferenza di massimo 30-35 cm.
Page 15 ATTENZIONE: durante le prime accensioni potrà avvenire una consistente condensazione dei fumi con una piccola fuori uscita d’acqua dal termoprodotto; questo è un fenomeno destinato a sparire in brevissimo tempo, se invece dovesse risultare persistente sarà necessario far controllare il tiraggio della canna fumaria. Per una corretta prima accensione dei prodotti trattati con vernici per alte temperature, occorre sapere quanto segue: •...
Page 16 Se la pompa non dovesse circolare o, per qualsiasi ragione la temperatura dell’acqua dovesse superare i 95°C interviene la valvola del D.S.A. scaricando calore tramite acqua a perdere. Si raccomanda di monitorare la temperatura dell’acqua nel termoprodotto durante l’uso estivo per evitare interventi ripetuti della valvola DSA che ne potrebbero compromettere il buon funzionamento.

B (la prima volta con l’ausilio di un martello come indicato in figura). ATTENZIONE: quando rimuovete il tappo e la lamiera di chiusura superiore del focolare, lo sporco che si trova dentro alla camera dello scarico fumi, cade verso il basso, per tanto provvedete in merito per evitare di sporcare l’interno del focolare.

Wooden logs are used as fuel. The appliance works as an intermittent operating appliance. The appliance is composed of painted and galvanised sheet steel and cast iron.

Page 29 The exhaust pipe must be air-tight fastened to the stack and can have a maximum inclination of 45°; this to avoid excessive deposits of condensate produced in the initial start-up phases and/or the excessive gripping of soot and moreover it avoids the slowing down of the smokes at output.
Page 30 ALLOWED / NOT ALLOWED FUELS Allowed fuels are logs. Use exclusively dry logs (max. content of water 20%). Maximum 3 logs should be loaded. The pieces of wood should have a length of ca. 20-30 cm and a maximum circumference of 30-35 cm. Compressed not worked-out wood briquettes must be used carefully to avoid overheating that may damage the device, since these have a very high calorific value.
Page 31 ATTENTION: during the first lightings there could be a solid smokes condensation with a small escape of water from the thermo-fireplace: this event will expire in a very short time but if it persists it will be necessary to check the chimney draught.
Page 32 If the pump does not circulate or for any reason the water temperature exceeds 95°C, acts the DSA valve discharging heat in the throughway water. It is recommended to supervise the water temperature in the thermoproduct during summer use to avoid recurrent interventions of the DSA valve which may jeopardize its good operation.

ATTENTION: when you remove the cap and the top lock steel plate of the fireplace, the dirtiness that is inside the chamber of exhaust fumes falls down, therefore avoid to dirty the inside of the fireplace.

Die Öfen des Modells DSA können sowohl in einer Anlage mit OFFENEM AUSDEHNUNGSGEFÄSS als auch in solchen mit einem GESCHLOSSENEN AUSDEHNUNGSGEFÄSS installiert werden.
Page 41 Komponenten (z.B. Gebläse, Temperaturfühler,) und bei einem Hydraulischesystem, Vorrichtungen der Wasserführenden Geräte bedenken. La NORDICA S.p.A. haftet nicht für Produkte, die ohne Genehmigung geändert wurden, und ebenso wenig, wenn keine Originalersatzteile verwendet wurden. Ihr gewohnter Bezirksschornsteinfeger ist von der Installation des Heizungsherds zu unterrichten, damit er seinen ordnungsgemäßen Anschluss an den Rauchabzug und dessen Leistungsvermögen überprüfen kann.
Page 42 Lebensdauer des Kessels. Die handelsüblichen Ventile sind unterschiedlich tariert. Die Firma La NORDICA empfiehlt die Verwendung des Modells 55°C mit Hydraulikanschlüssen von 1”. Sobald die eingestellte Temperatur des Ventils erreicht ist, wird der Abschnitt 2 geöffnet und das Wasser des Kessels führt über den Vorlauf (M) zur Anlage.
Page 43 BESCHREIBUNG Definition: Gerät gemäß EN 13229 Zeitbrandfeuerstätte. Die Thermoküchen La Nordica sie bieten sich für Ferienwohnungen und Wochenendhäuser oder als Hilfsheizung das ganze Jahr hindurch an. Als Brennstoff wird Stückholz verwendet. Das Gerät besteht aus einer Platte aus lackiertem Stahl, verzinkt und aus Gusseisenguss.
Page 44 Die Ausrüstung ist mit Einstellvorrichtungen für Primär- und Sekundärluft versehen, durch welche die Verbrennungsluft eingestellt werden kann. 1A- PRIMÄRLUFTEINSTELLVORRICHTUNG (Abbildung Dank der unter der Feuerstellentür gestellten Lufteinstellvorrichtung wird den Luftdurchgang zwischen dem Aschenkasten und dem Gitter in Brennstoffrichtung eingestellt. Um die Primärluftzufuhr zu öffnen, den Hebel ganz nach außen herausziehen. Der Aschenkasten muss regelmäßig entleert werden, so dass die Asche den Primärluftseintritt für die Verbrennung nicht behindern kann.
Page 45 Der Innendurchmesser des Verbindungsrohrs muss mit dem Außendurchmesser des Abgasabzugverbindungsstückes der Ausrüstung übereinstimmen. Das wird von den Rohren mit Ausführung laut DIN 1298 gewährleistet. Für einen optimalen Betrieb, wird es einen Unterdruck im Schornstein von 17-20 Pascal empfohlen (=1.7-2 mm Wassersäule). Die Messung muss immer bei warmer Ausrüstung stattfinden (Nennwärmeleistung).
Page 46 ZULÄSSIGE / UNZULÄSSIGE BRENNSTOFFE Der zulässige Brennstoff ist Scheitholz. Es sind ausschließlich Klötze von trockenem Holz anzuwenden (Wassergehalt max. 20%). Man sollte maximal 2 oder 3 Scheitholz laden. Die Holzstücke sollten eine Länge von etwa 20-30 cm und einen Kreis von maximal 30- 35 cm haben.
Page 47 ACHTUNG: Während den ersten Anfeuerungen kann es zu einer beachtlichen Kondensation des Rauchs kommen und es kann etwas Wasser aus dem Kamin austreten; dies kommt nur in der ersten Zeit vor, sollte das Phänomen aber weiterhin bestehen, muss man den Zug des Rauchabzugs kontrollieren. Um eine richtige erste Anfeuerung der mit Lacken für hohe Temperaturen behandelten Produkte auszuführen, muss man Folgendes wissen: •...
Page 48 Sollte die Umlaufpumpe nicht arbeiten, oder die Wassertemperatur aus irgendeinem Grund 95°C überschreitet, wird das DSA Ventil beim Entladen der Wärme durch Wasserverlust in den Betrieb gehen. Es wird empfohlen die Wassertemperatur im Heizungsprodukt während des Sommerbetriebes zu prüfen, um wiederkehrende Eingriffe des DSA Ventils zu vermeiden, da diese den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb beeinflussen könnten.
Page 49 WICHTIG : Die WARTUNG UND PFLEGE muss ausschließlich bei kalter Ausrüstung ausgeführt werden. Es dürfen ausschließlich Ersatzteile benutzt werden, die ausdrücklich von der La NORDICA S.p.A. genehmigt wurden. Falls nötig, wenden Sie sich an einen unserer spezialisierten Händler. Page 50 REINIGUNG DES FEUERRAUMES Während der Reinigung müssen die obere Abdeckkappe des Feuerraumes, welches sich beim Rauchabgas befindet (Pos. B – beim ersten Mal mit Hilfe eines Hammers, wie im Abbildung 11 angegeben). ACHTUNG: Beim Entfernen der Kappe und dem oberen Verschlussblech des Feuerraumes, fällt der Schmutz, der sich im Inneren des Rauchabzugsloches befindet.

La apertura debería estar provista de una conexión de pared para introducir el tubo de descarga y una anilla. El tubo de descarga de humos se debe fijar herméticamente a la chimenea y puede tener una inclinación máxima de 45°, esto para evitar excesivos sedimentos de condensación que se produce en las fases iniciales de encendido y/o el sedimento excesivo de hollín, y además para no ralentizar los humos en salida.
