screen. If the DUT is not floating but ground-referenced, an auto zero routine may
improve the measurement results.
1. Connect the probe to the R&S RTO oscilloscope and configure the probe as
described in
chapter 2.1, "Connecting the Probe to the R&S RTO Oscillo-
scope",
on page 16.
2. Short the signal pin and the ground pin together and connect them to the
ground of the DUT.
3. Start the auto zero procedure on the R&S RTO:
"Vertical" menu > "Probe Setup" > "Ch" tab > "Auto zero"
