-
If the water level drops in the case, re-examine the suction pipe fitting and proceed to again fill the
casing.
-
Turn off the discharge line valve of your installation.
-
Ensure that there is no water on the electrical parts of the pump and that there is no leakage.
-
Connect the power plug to a 10/16A socket featuring an earthing pin.
-
Activate the power supply switch.
-
The pump starts working and cuts out automatically as soon as pressure in the tank reaches 3 bars
approx.
-
Slowly open the discharge line valve. The pump begins to discharge without the engine starting thanks
to the water stored in the tank.
-
When the pressure in the tank falls below 1.5 bars approx., the pump starts up and continues working as
long as the pressure in the tank does not reach 3 bars approx.
-
To stop the pump cycles, slowly close the discharge line valve.
-
Always follow these instructions in order to prevent overpressure in the circuit,
pressure fluctuations ("hammering").
IMPORTANT!
● Do not operate the pump without there being water in the pump casing:
prolonged operation of the pump while the discharge line valve is closed may seriously damage the
pump.
● Where there is a power failure, it is preferable to disconnect the power
plug or turn off the switch controlling the pump.
● When the pump is not to be used for an extended period, be sure to
also turn off the pump's power supply.
7) MAINTENANCE
- In winter, the pump must be carefully emptied or positioned where it cannot be affected by frost.
-
Before each new start-up, check that the gaskets are in good condition and that the fitting are airtight.
-
For all repair or maintenance work requiring dismantling of electrical parts, you must contact an
approved after-sales service agent (see the dealer).
