Make sure that the pull-up bar is really tight by gently pressing the device from all
sides with your hands. If necessary, readjust by turning the main rod. Since the door
frame can still give a little during the first few training sessions, you should check
the stability of the pull-up bar before each use, especially in the initial period after
installation, and, if necessary, carefully turn the pull-up bar tighter without damaging
the door frame.

It is important that your pull-up bar is positioned exactly level with the floor. To en-
sure this, please use the attachable mini spirit level to the left or right of the telescopic
bar between the handle and the central bar and align and secure the pull-up bar
precisely horizontally before using it.
