Electromagnetic waves are generated in the appliance, which excite the molecules in the
food (primarily water molecules) to strong vibrations. Heat arises due to these
vibrations. Therefore, foods with a high liquid content heat faster than relatively dry
foods. Cookware is heated only indirectly by the foods. This product is an ISM appliance
of Group 2, Class B. Group 2 includes all ISM appliances (industrial, scientific, medical) in
which radio frequency energy arises and/or is used in the form of electromagnetic
radiation to process material, as well as spark erosion devices. Class B is appliances for
household use or appliances on power networks that feed residential buildings.
