Solution:

the surface under.
• Check the underside of the walking pad for any obstructions or debris.
10. The walking pad makes a squeaking noise during operation
Solution:
• Lubricate the belt using the recommended lubricant from the lubrication kit.
• Check for any loose components or parts that might be causing the noise.
11.The remote control is unresponsive
