BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
1. The walking pad doesn't power on
Solution:
•
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the walking pad and a working electrical outlet.
•
Check the power cord for any visible damage.
•
Ensure the safety key is properly inserted.
2. The walking pad belt jumps or feels uneven
Solution:
•
Check the belt tension and alignment. Adjust according to the user manual's guidelines.
•
Ensure the walking pad is placed on a flat, stable surface. You might need a level to verify the
surface.
•
Consider lubricating the belt if it hasn't been done recently. Use the proper lubricant sold on

3. The walking pad makes unusual noises during operation
Solution:
•
Ensure all screws, bolts, and hardware are tightened.
•
Check the belt for any signs of wear or damage. Replace if necessary.
•
Ensure the walking pad is on a stable surface to prevent wobbling.
4. Display screen is not working or showing incorrect data.
Solution:
•
Ensure the walking pad is properly powered on.
•
Check for any visible damage to the display or control panel.
•
Reset the walking pad by turning it off and on.
5. Difficulty connecting to fitness apps (FITSHOW APP, Zwift, Kinomap).
Solution:
•
Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on and is in proximity to the walking pad.
•
Check for any updates for the respective app.
•
Restart both the walking pad and your device, then try connecting again.
6. The walking pad suddenly stops during a workout.
Solution:
•
Check the power source and ensure the power cord is securely plugged in.
•
If the walking pad overheats, allow it to cool down for at least 30 minutes before using it again.
This might be caused by overuse of the walking pad or a dirty motor. Refer yourself to the dusting

7. The walking pad starts, but the belt doesn't move
Solution:

Check if the belt is too tight or too loose and adjust the tension if necessary. Refer yourself to the
Belt adjustment guide in this manual.
•
Inspect the motor for any visible issues or obstructions by opening the front panel with a
screwdriver. Follow step 2 of the Dusting and vacuuming guide in this manual to remove the
cover.
