7. CAUTION: It is not recommended or intended for

8. Do not move the appliance while it is operating, plugged
in or filled with wine bottles.
9. Always position the power cord so that nobody can trip
over or become entangled in it.
10. Unwind the supply cord completely before use. DO NOT
use the appliance while the power cord is coiled as this
may cause overheating. Do not bend, stretch or pull the
supply cable in order to avoid electric shock.
11. Ensure the rated voltage shown on the rating label
corresponds with the voltage of the power supply.
12. Connect the mains plug to an easily accessible socket, in
order to quickly disconnect the appliance from the mains
supply in an emergency.
13. NEVER pull the plugs out of sockets using the cable, or
pull on the cables to manoeuvre the device.
14. In order to disconnect the device from the mains, remove
the mains plug completely by pulling the plug.
15. C AU T I O N : D o n o t o p e n t h e h o u s i n g u n d e r a ny
circumstances. Do not insert fingers or foreign objects in
any opening of the appliance and do not obstruct the air
vents. The unit should have good ventilation. Do not run
the cooling device in a closed compartment such as car
boot. The ventilation slots shall be kept clear for the unit
to work properly and prevent dangerous overheating. Do
not cover the appliance.
16. To avoid contamination of food, please respect the
following instructions:
- Do not leave the lid open longer than necessary as it
may cause a significant temperature increase in the
compartment of the appliance,
- Regularly wipe the surface that comes in contact with
food inside and outside with a damp cloth for hygienic
reasons.
- If the cooler is left empty for long periods, unplug it,
defrost, clean thoroughly, dry completely, and leave
the lid open to prevent mould developing within the
appliance.
17. When used in high ambient temperature or humidity,
condensation may collect inside the unit. Wipe dry with a
suitable cloth.
