Limiting Sinusoidal Outputs
Generating Sinusoidal Outputs
Unipolar voltage RP7900 series power supplies were not intended to operate as a sinusoidal AC source
or load at the local grid frequency. Under these conditions the unit may shut down. To avoid this issue
when generating sinusoidal outputs, you must shift the output sinusoid frequency away from the local
grid frequency as shown in the following graphs.
