OPERATION - Ventilation
1. Connect the plug into a wall socket. The appliance
beeps, which is normal.
2. Press the "on/off" button (see figure 6.1). on the
control panel. At first start-up the fan will operate at
"low" speed.
3. Press the "speed" button (see figure 6.4) once or
multiple times to choose between low, medium and
high speed this is indicated by "low", "med" or "high"
(see figure 6.3).
4. Press the "swing" button (see figure 6.5) to activate
the oscillating function. The fan tower will oscillate from
left to right, ventilating a larger part of the room. Press
the "swing" button again to deactivate the oscillating
function.
5. Press the "on/off" button again to turn off the fan.
6. Remove the plug from the wall socket after use.
OPERATION - Timer function
The appliance is equipped with a timer with allows you to shut off the appliance at the end of a predetermed
time. Press the "timer" (see figure 6.2) button once or multiple times to set the shut-off time between
0,5 - 7,5 hours, in steps of 0,5 hours. The "timer" will indicate the set shut-off time with red lights on the
control panel. Press the "timer" button once more after "7,5h" is indicated to deactivate the timer function.
OPERATION - Remote control
The appliance can also be controlled using the included remote control. The remote control operates on a
CR2025 button cell battery (included). The buttons on the remote control work the same as the buttons on
the control panel.
TIPS
The distance between the appliance and the remote control should,nt be more than 6 meters.
Point the remote control at the appliance and be sure that the angle is smaller than 30 degrees.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
From time to time dust can accumulate in the fan housing, and on the fan blades. Remove the dust with a
brush and/or vacuum cleaner.
WARNING:
Verify that the appliance is not connected to the power supply before you clean it.
Make sure no moisture gets into the appliance.
Never use corrosive or scouring cleaning agents or sharp objects (such as knives or hard brushes) to
clean the appliance.
