FLASHING LIGHT AND COURTESY LIGHT - WARNING SIGNALS AND ALARMS
EVENT
Out of order encoder alarm.
Safety encoder alarm.
Safety strip alarm.
Safety strip self test alarm.
Alarm signalling limit switch not pressed down
and excess power load both in opening and
closing operations.
Activated photocell or safety strip alarm.

- All inputs should be employed as free contacts; power is generated internally on the board and made available in such a way so as to guarantee double or reinforced insulation for all live parts.
- All inputs are managed by a programmed integrated circuit that self-monitors operations at start-up.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Carry out all the required connections as shown in the electrical diagram, position the doors in a neutral mid position, and then check that DL3 and DL4 are ON and working correctly.
Should the LED fail to turn on, leave the doors in a neutral mid position and then check and - if necessary - replace components.
DL3
Off
Photocell failure (In the event that the photocells are not connected, create a jumper between terminals 3 and 4).
DL4
Off
Safety strip failure (In the event that the safety strip is not connected, create a jumper between terminals 5 and 6).
During dead man's switch operations, when DIP 8 is ON, check that DL7 (green) comes on during opening operations and that the DL6 LED lamp (red) comes on during closing operations. In the
event that actions are inverted, reverse V and W motor wires on J6 connector.
Check that DL7 (green) when the door opening operation stops and that DL6 (red) goes off when the door closing operation stops. If this does not happen, then invert the wires of LSO and LSC on J9.
All LEDs are off after having connected the parts and supplied power.
The door has an irregular, wave movement.
When reaching the complete open or close position, the garage door reverses the movement.
The manual release operation is rather noisy.
The door inverts the motor in the absence of events during the stroke.
The door opens but does not close after the set time.
The door does not open or close when the K, K COVER or RADIO command buttons are
activated.
The motor starts but the door remains stationary; the motor stops after 40 seconds and the
courtesy light starts flashing.
CAUSE
Failure, detached wire or manual release
activated.
Double impact during an operating cycle.
Double impact during an operating cycle.
Failed self test at opening operation closure.
Opening or closing limit switches incorrectly
calibrated.
Photocell or safety strip activated by a
command function.

Check voltage supply to terminals L to N.
Check F1 and F2 fuses for damage.
Replace any interrupted fuses with fuses of the same specifications: F1 = T 5 A F2 = T 0,1A
Correctly balance the oscillator so that its manual movement can be made using the same
identical force for opening and closing.
Carry out the electrical limit switch adjustment.
Carry out a fine adjustement of the electrical limit switches.
Increase motor force using the trimmer TORQUE.
Check that DL9 is on.
K command button is still inserted in automatic mode (DIP 1 OFF).
Replace the button or selector switch.
Safety strip self test failure => check the control panel-safety strip power supply connection.
Warning: If there is no power supply unit for safety strips, DIP 6 should be OFF.
Safety strip contact failure.
Photocell contact failure with DIP 2 OFF.
Repair or replace the contact in question.
The pedestrian door microswitch is open. Replace, making sure that DL3 is on.
Reconnect the manual release device and activate command function.
