5. Operation

Before Using the trolley
Before using the trolley, you must determine whether the device is suitable for performing the intended task, as
regards "Technical Data" and "Intended Use", in compliance with the general and special safety regulations.
This instruction manual must implicitly be read completely before use.
The device must not be used in the event it is damaged!
Always wear appropriate protective clothing.
The air pressure in both tyres might be reduced after longer storage periods. Check the tyre
pressure. Nominal pressure 3.5 bar (45 psi).
Securing loads with gastight surfaces with the aid of a pump-activated suction lifter

Application examples
Place the load in the centre of the trolley.
Loads with a gastight surface are secured on the transport trolley with the aid of an integrated pump-activated
suction lifter.
Before attaching the suction lifter to a load, make sure that the contact surface between suction pads
and load is flat, smooth, gastight, dry, and free of dust and grease.
