Check that the zip and the hooks are firmly in place.

Check that the fasteners are attached to the structure or the v-rings, underneath the trampoline.
•
Replace the net after 5 years of use or in the event of damage.
MAINTENANCE
At the beginning of the season or after a long period without use, it is imperative to check the integrity
of the trampoline and its main components, in particular the frame, the suspension, the springs, the
bounce mat, the protective cushion and the safety net.
It is essential to carry out these checks regularly to avoid your trampoline becoming dangerous.

The trampoline must be kept dry as much as possible. It is therefore best to cover it with a protective
cover after each use or dismantle it and store it in a dry and sheltered location when not in use.

During winter, snow and low temperatures can damage the trampoline. We recommend you dis-
mantle and store your trampoline in a dry place under shelter.
•
Regularly inspect your trampoline for any defects or premature wear.
•
Your trampoline was made by using an anti-rust treatment. However, if traces of rust appear following
prolonged exposure, it is recommended to attend to these immediately with regular anti-rust treatment.

When dismantling your trampoline, follow the assembly instructions in reverse.
WARRANTY
The trampoline you have purchased has a warranty against manufacturing defects and premature wear
(see details on the site). Our trampolines have undergone numerous tests under intensive use and
extreme conditions, and have been awarded the certifications en71-14 / en71 parts 1, 2, 3, directive
2009/48/ec: «Toy safety», certified by Laboratoire Intertek France.
EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY ARE THE FOLLOWING:
•
The replacement of worn parts.
•
The corrosion of steel structures.
•
The seals on the padding.
•
Tears on the fabrics or netting.
•
Steel cracks, breaks or bends in the event of an impact.
•
Seam problems if torn.
•
The unusual or non-compliant use of products.
•
Damage from work performed by a technician not approved by Sweeek.
•
Damage resulting from a cause external to the equipment (for example: accident, impact, lightning,
strong winds, etc.).
•
Damage linked to transportation, and missing parts not indicated on the delivery slip.
Sweeek warranty claims are fulfilled by the replacement of damaged parts and the payment of return
postage costs borne by the purchaser. If the product cannot be repaired, Sweeek will offer you a repla-
cement, at a preferential rate, in the form of a product of equivalent characteristics. The contractual
warranty does not preclude the benefits of the legal warranty against hidden defects, which runs for 6
months starting from the date of delivery. We bear no liability for accidents caused by incorrect use or
failure to follow the safety instructions.
