4. Setting arm and planer knife cover
Height
• Set the desired height with the adjusting screw (5)
Planer knife cover
• Loosen the clamping screw (6)
• The planer knife cover can be moved and adapted
• Relock the clamping screw (6) when the desired
5. Setting planer fence
Angle:
• Loosen clamping levers (7)
• Set planer fence to desired angle position
• Relock clamping levers (7) when the desired angle
Rear protective cover (11):
• Loosen screws (10) and set the rear protective cover
• Retighten the screws
Moving left / right
• Lossen clamping levers (8)
• Set planer fence to desired position
• Relock clamping levers (8)
Moving forward / backward
• Lossen clamping screws (9)
• Set planer fence to desired position
• Relock clamping screws (8)
• The angle is measured with a protractor (13). This is placed on the planer
table and applied to the planer fence.
• If it is not possible to place the protractor completely against the planer
fence, the planer fence is not set exactly at right angles and an
adjustment is necessary.
• The angle is adjusted with the screw (12).
