Changing the cooking mode
1. During untimed cooking, a cooking pause can be set
by pressing the
key. All the settings of the suspended
cooking operation remain stored and can be reactivated by
pressing the same key again.
2. To change the cooking mode while the oven is working,
press the
key and then the
cooking mode can be selected from among those available
in the group by means of the arrows
AirFry function
The AirFry function or frying of food in the oven, thanks to a perfectly
distributed air flow, promises to cook crunchy and perfectly cooked
food with very little oil and, in some cases, without oil. Eating healthy,
cooking dishes in a tasty way and without exaggerating with fats and
condiments, is possible.
AirFry by Fulgor Milano allows you to set the function and temperature
from the control panel, from 150 to 290°C, with a default temperature
of 180°C. The special tray, supplied or sold separately, is equipped
with small openings which allow the air to circulate uniformly throughout
the oven.

While the oven is in pre-heating phase, the instantaneous
temperature is displayed underneath the cooking mode icon.
