Error codes
E1
Suction volume too low, indicator light flashes
1. Replace the filter bag.
2. Remove blockages from the brush head, suction
pipe and suction hose.
E2
Turbine error, indicator lamp flashes
1. Switch off the device and wait 1 minute. Switch the
device back on.
2. If the fault occurs repeatedly, notify customer ser-
vice.
E3
Power transmission to roller brush interrupted, indicator
lamp flashes
1. Notify Customer Service.
E4
Temperature of the battery pack too high, indicator lamp
flashes
1. Reset the error by actuating the main switch.
2. If the fault occurs repeatedly, replace the battery
pack. Check the removed battery pack according to
the manufacturer's operating instructions.

Current consumption of the brush motor too high, indi-
cator light flashes
1. Switching off the device and check the roller brush
for blocking objects and remove these if present.
2. If the malfunction occurs repeatedly, notify customer
service.
Malfunction occurs during semi-automatic brush clean-
ing
1. Switch off the device. Switch on the device and let it
run for 20 seconds in roller brush mode. Operate the
semi-automatic brush cleaning again.
2. Repeat this process 2-3 times if necessary.
3. If the malfunction occurs repeatedly, notify customer
service.

Current consumption of the turbine too high, indicator
light lamp flashes
1. Notify Customer Service.

Turbine defective, indicator light flashes
1. Notify Customer Service.

Current consumption of the battery pack too high, indi-
cator light flashes
1. Switch off the device. Reset the error by actuating
the main switch.
2. If the fault occurs repeatedly, replace the battery

1. Remove the battery pack and reinsert it.
2. If the malfunction occurs repeatedly, replace the
battery pack. Check the removed battery pack ac-
cording to the manufacturer's operating instructions.
3. If the malfunction recurs, notify Customer Service.

Interface error
1. Remove the battery pack and reinsert it.
2. If the malfunction occurs repeatedly, replace the
battery pack. Check the removed battery pack ac-
cording to the manufacturer's operating instructions.
3. If the malfunction recurs, notify Customer Service.
The device is not working
1. Switch on the device.
2. Charge the battery pack.
3. Insert the battery pack.
Unsatisfactory vacuuming result
1. Replace the filter bag.
2. Remove blockages from the brush head, suction
pipe and suction hose.
3. Replace motor protection filter or HEPA filter (op-
tional accessory).
Brush motor does not start
1. When working on hard surfaces or short pile car-
pets: Close the suction control.
2. Replace the filter bag.
3. Remove blockages from the brush head, suction
pipe and suction hose.
4. Check that the suction pipe is correctly inserted.
Customer Service department
If the malfunction cannot be corrected, the device must
be checked by the Customer Service department.

sible malfunctions on your device within the warranty
period free of cost, provided that a material or manufac-
turing defect is the cause. In a warranty case, please
contact your dealer (with the purchase receipt) or the
