Before calling for assistance or service, please check the "Troubleshooting Guide." If you still require
help, follow the instructions below.
Whenever you call to request assistance or service, you need to know the complete model number of
your equipment. You can find this information on the label on the back of your spindle mixer.
Please also record the purchase date of your equipment and your dealerʼs name, address, and
telephone number.

Solution . . .
• Do you have the speed control set for the proper speed?
• Have you developed the time and speed required to obtain the desired results
with various mixes?
• Did you move the cup so the agitator contacted all the ingredients?
• Have you used the proper amounts of ingredients?
• Do you have the speed control set for the proper speed?
• Mix-in ingredients may be too large.
• Did you move the cup so the agitator contacted all the ingredients?
• Is the speed control set too high?
• Is the agitator securely attached to the spindle? If not, unplug the unit, hold
the spindle firmly, and use a towel to hand-tighten the agitator by turning it
counterclockwise.
• Is the agitator bent or worn? Replace agitator every 90 days.
• Is container too full?
• Is the mixer plugged in?
• Has the circuit breaker integral to the power switch tripped (switch will automatically
turn OFF (O) when tripped)? Turn the switch ON (I).
• Have you blown a fuse or tripped a circuit breaker?
