Only use the spa bath matindoors!
Do not use the power unit above any type of
water-filled container!
Power supply
• Before connecting the spa bath mat to the power supply, please check that it
is switched off and that the mains voltage of your power supply corresponds to
the voltage listed on the rating plate.
• Always use a socket that is accessible when connecting the appliance.
• The appliance should be supplied through a residual current device (RCD) with
a rated tripping current not exceeding 30 mA.
• Make sure that the main appliance is not able to fall into the bath and that it
cannot be reached from the bath.
• Keep mains cable and power unit away from heat, hot surfaces, humidity and
liquids. Never touch the mains plug when your hands are wet or when you are
standing in water.
• If the connection cable on this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its customer service or by similarly qualified personnel to avoid any
risk of danger.
• The parts of the device conducting electrical voltage must be securely as-
sembled to ensure they are unable to fall in the bath and kept out of reach
of anyone in the bath.
• If the device falls into water, do not try to pick it up. Instead pull the plug
out immediately.
• When you have finished using the spa bath mat, always pull the plug out of
the socket. Never disconnect the device from the mains by pulling on the power
supply cable.
For special people
• Do not leave the equipment unattended whilst it is connected to the mains.
• Do not use this equipment to support medical treatment or as a replacement
for this. Chronic diseases and symptoms may worsen.
• Do not use the device if you have sensitive skin or suffer from heart/circulation
complications, phlebitis or high blood pressure.
• Pregnant women should assess their personal levels of tolerance.
• In case of unexplained pain, only use the equipment after consulting a doctor.
• This device is not designed to be used by persons (including children) with
limited physical, sensory or mental abilities, or by persons with insufficient
experience and/ or knowledge, unless under observation by a person respon-
sible for their safety, or unless they have been instructed in the use of the
device.
• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
