B SETTING THE TIME
1. When the small second hand (3) is on "0" seconds, pull out the crown (C) to position
(2) to stop the watch.
2. T urn the crown to adjust the hands to the correct time.
3. Restart the watch by pushing the crown back to position (0).
C SETTING THE DATE
1. Pull out the crown (C) to position (1)
2. Rotate the crown anticlockwise until the required date appears.
* Do not set the date between 9.00 p.m. and 1.00 a.m. in that it is during this period
that the automatic date change mechanism is active and may be damaged.
3. Push the crown back to position (0)
